Nexus were appointed as the independent purchasing agent to undertake a comprehensive review of products and services as well as renegotiating with all suppliers. Areas of review included capital and operational expenditure.

Nexus’  primary objective is to make cost savings, whilst maintaining a high level of service.

To date Nexus are supervising the procurement of all areas of purchasing with existing and new suppliers.

Even in areas where the the procurement process may differ due to cultural or industrial differences, all areas are handled in a tailored way, best suited to that service or territory.

The procurement areas considered are; Traditional, e-tendering, open book or re-negotiaiting.

Cost savings continue to be made due to the leverage and non-exhaustive network that Nexus provide through their client base and joint experience in procurement.
