Fusion People is a recruitment company group which works with numerous brands across a variety of sectors.

In 2015, after ensuring we had a full understanding of the companies under their umbrella, we began an in-depth tender process and produced our findings on price, supplier suitability and logistic analysis.

Concentrating on a number of problem areas, Nexus helped to streamline buying processes and centralise ordering and monitoring to head office.

The transition to the new suppliers was overseen and has been a great financial success: office consumables have been reduced by 28%; personal protective equipment is down 25%.
